Gin 'Fox-Face' Ichimaru. (Approved)

Personal Information

Name: Gin Ichimaru.
Age:270(at a guess)
Gender: Male.
Appearence: Gin is 6 foot 1 tall and weighs 152lbs, his eyes, rather oddly, seem to alternate between blood red and crystal blue depending on his mood(however rarely his eyes are seen).
His eyes seem to be shut, narrowed into slits, his mouth curled into a permanent grin that he has worn since he was a child.
His hair is about short-medium length and silver, going past his eyes but not covering them. It is slightly longer at the back than the front.

Having previously donned a regular Captain's robe, he now wears something more fitting to his allegiance:
He wears a white 'hakama', opened slightly, showing the top of his chest. His sleeves are long enough to hide his hands in, which he does frequently except when fighting.
His Zanpaktou is not visible like this, but he will reach into his robe and simply pull it out.

Rank: Previous Captain of the Third Division, but left to join Sosuke Aizen's army as a Commander.

Zanpakutō

Name: Shinsō
Spirit's Appearence: Unknown.
Spirit's Personality: Unknown, i'm guessing sly and cunning like a fox.

Shikai:
Command: Shoot to kill, Shinsō.
Appearence: Looks like a normal Wakizashi, with a light blue hilt and two slim swurls of metal looping around the blade resembling an S.
Description: The blade will, at will, turn glowing white, resembling a thin beam of energy, extending quickly and slicing anything in it's path up. It's incredible strength is seen when it is able to push back Jidanbou and Ichigo Kurosaki from the gates of Seireitei despite the former being firmly planted under the gate.
The sword can also be swung whilst extending, using it as a kind of long ranged slash.
The extent that Shinso can extend in this form is equal to 100 times it's normal length.


Bankai: Kamishini no Yari(God Klling Spear)
Command: Bankai, Kamishini no Yari.
Appearence: The sword does not change in any way except when using it's ability.
Description: Kamishini no Yari, instead of extending 100 times it's length, extends up to 13 kilometres at 500 times the speed of sound, extending to it's full 13 kilometres in under 0.08 seconds, it takes this amount of time to retract to it's normal state too, making shinso no only the longest Zanpaktou, but the fastest as well.

Abilities:

Name:Buto(dancing step)
Description: Gin will adopt a stance where he holds the hilt of his Zanpaktou to his chest, pointing the blade at his target. This stance will increase the speed of which Shinso expands and retracts immensely.

Name: Buto: Renjin(Dancing Step: Serial Blade)
Description: This attack is simply using Buto to it's full effectiveness, constantly firing Shinso's blade and retracting it at a similiar way that a person would fire a machine gun, but much faster. The individual attacks cannot be seen except to the most adept of eyes, and will seem to the rest like a constant, huge stream of blades coming at them. Here is an example of Buto Renjin's effectiveness:

According to Bleach Chapter 414, Gin's Bankai does not, infact, extend 13km, and that was merely a ruse to fool Aizen. It doesn't extend as fast as that, either, but turns to dust when it extends or retracts, leaving a deadly poison inside of the enemy's body which attacks their cells directly.

Description: Simply heals one individual, the more it is used, the more it heals.

History: The earliest part of Gin's history known, when he appeared to be around ten years of age, is also what built up his relationship with Rangiku Matsumoto, having saved her at the brink of starving to death, recognising her spiritual power. Rangiku seemed not to remember much about herself, or even her own birthday, so Gin told her to think of the day that they met as her birthday. Gin and Rangiku became close friends and joined the Shinigami Academy at the same time. In the mange, Gin has shown that Rangiku seems to be the only person he cares for.

Gin graduated after only one year and was given a seat in the 5th division, his Captain being Sosuke Aizen, whom he didn't meet until after killing the 3rd seat, regarding him as worthless. After this incident, Aizen gave Gin the vacant 3rd seat, telling no one about it. Several years later, Gin had already joined up with Aizen's plot and helped him hollowfy Hirako Shinji and several other high-ranking Shinigami, Gin left with Aizen after Urahara and Tessai showed up.
Gin advanced to lieutenant of the 5th division and then Captain of the 3rd division, vaguely around the same time that Byakuya became Captain of the 6th division.

During their time as being Captains, Gin, Aizen and Tousen went to visit Barraggan in Las Noches to win him over, Aizen released his Shikai to show Barraggan his power, and won his favour.

Some time later, Gin, Tousen and Aizen betrayed Soul Society, but not really aiming to kill anyone as they escaped: Injuring Komamura and nearly killing Momo Hinamori.
They escaped through a Garganta opened by a high level Hollow named Fura, whom is now the Arrancar Wonderweiss' pet.

Gin now resides in Hueco Mundo, serving Aizen's whim.

Personality: Gin is a mysterious character, his premanent grin making it impossible to read his emotions, which only show on his face during brief moments of excitement, cunfusion, or even sadness.
Gin seems to be 'mockingly polite', meaning that he would insult someone politely, often calling people of Captain Rank 'Mister', but using no honorary terms to those of lower rank than him.
He sees weak people as people who must be destroyed, and stronger people as worthy of being killed by Aizen, unless they persist in attacking him.
